Partap College of Education, Ludhiana, organised an International webinar in collaboration with Kazan Federal University, Kazan, Russia on the topic “Art and Art Education in the context of Intercultural Interaction” under the noble guidance of Prof. Radif R. Zamaletdinov, Director, Institute of Philology and Intercultural Communication. Veteran educationists, teachers and research scholars from different continents were the keynote speakers. The webinar was attended by nearly 60 teachers, scholars and researchers from India, Russia, Spain, Italy and Portugal. Webinar-with-Kazan-Russia Report of International Webinar Partap College of Education, Ludhiana organised an International webinar in collaboration with Kazan Federal University, Kazan, Russia on the topic “Effects of Prolonged Lockdown under COVID-19 on Education System” on 21 July 2020. Partap IPDA International Conference 2020 was organised by IPDA India and Partap College of Education, Ludhiana, in collaboration with Kazan Federal University under the patronage of International Professional Development Association (IPDA), U.K. on the theme “Cross-border and Multicultural perspectives in Professional Development” on 22-23 February 2020. More than 150 Academician and professionals from six countries and various states of India participated. In the inaugural session, the chief guest S. Jagpal Singh Khangura a formal councillor from Hounslow, England shared his cross-border experiences.
