PARTAP IPDA INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE 2023 24-25 February 2023 Two days XI annual “Partap International Professional Development Association (IPDA) International Conference 2023” was organised by Partap College of Education, Ludhiana, in collaboration with IPDA UK on the theme “Professional Learning in Multidimensional and Multicultural Educational Context” under the umbrella of New Education Policy, 2020. The focus was to invite deliberations, scholars and delegates from various countries like Russia, Italy, Spain, England and many states of India.
