Partap College of Education Ludhiana, Participates in International Webinar on “Cultural Heritage of My Motherland”
Partap College of Education, Ludhiana, proudly announces its participation in the International Webinar on “Cultural Heritage of My Motherland,” organized by the Department of Philology and Intercultural Communication, Kazan Federal University, Kazan, Russia. The college has MoU with Kazan Federal University till 2019 and arrange many activities in joint venture. The webinar provided a platform for students to showcase their knowledge and understanding of cultural heritage, fostering global awareness and appreciation. Students from the college presented papers on diverse topics, including “Cultural Traditions of Himachal Pradesh: A Living Himalayan Heritage,” “The Timeless Legacy of Chola Temple Architecture: A Study of Cultural and Artistic Excellence,” and “Punjab: Where Tradition Meets Vibrance.” Research scholars from Kazan Federal University also participated in the same. These presentations highlighted the rich cultural practices, traditions, and architectural excellence of different regions, demonstrating the students’ in-depth understanding of their cultural heritage.
Principal Dr. Manpreet Kaur told that the international webinar served as a unique opportunity for students to engage with peers from around the world, sharing insights and perspectives on cultural heritage. The college strives to provide students with opportunities to explore interdisciplinary topics, develop a broader perspective, and become well-rounded individuals with a deep appreciation for cultural heritage.
Prof. Dr. Balwant Singh encouraged and congratulated all the presenters for participating in this webinar and also said that the college reaffirms its dedication to fostering global citizenship and promoting cultural understanding among its students.
