- Extension lecture on Gurbani on 24.09.25
The words of Gurbani have a profound impact on the mental health of students. According to Guru Nanak, contemplating on truth and becoming spiritually enlightened can help students feel fearless and accept situations as they come. Gurbani teaches students to live in the present and not get caught up in worries about the past or future. By reciting and understanding Gurbani, students can alleviate stress, anxiety, and mental health issues. The Gurbani emphasizes the importance of living a truthful life, letting go of ego and ignorance, and cultivating divine wisdom to achieve mental stillness and stability. By incorporating Gurbani’s teachings into their daily lives, students can develop a positive mindset, overcome emotional turmoil, and attain inner peace and happiness. Regular reflection on Gurbani’s words can help students build resilience, manage stress, and improve their overall mental well-being.

The active participation of D.El.Ed. class students and the engaging discussion that followed indicate a strong interest in prioritizing mental health.
- Extension Lecture on “Every life matters..Say yes to life” on 22.01.26
