Partap College of Education Delegation Attends XXVI International Congress in Russia
A delegation from Partap College of Education, Ludhiana, India achieved a significant milestone in international academic collaboration during their visit to the XXVI International Congress on “Sustainable Development of Education: Mission, Transformations, Resources” at Immanuel Kant Baltic Federal University (IKBFU) in Kaliningrad, Russia, from 22 to 24 April 2026.
Upon their arrival, the delegation led by Prof. Balwant Singh, Director of Partap College of Education was warmly received by Prof. Anna and her distinguished colleagues at IKBFU.

• Inaugural Addresses: Prof. Balwant Singh elevated the institution’s global profile by delivering the congress’s Welcome and Keynote Addresses.
• Addressing Scholars of Baltic Federal University : Prof. Singh delivered specialized lectures to IKBFU students, sharing advanced pedagogical insights and strengthening cross-cultural academic exchange.
• Research Excellence: Assistant Professor Mr. Pardeep Singh actively contributed to the technical sessions, successfully presenting a research paper and engaging in valuable networking with international scholars.

A central highlight of the visit was a high-level bilateral meeting between Prof. Balwant Singh and IKBFU Rector Maxim Demin. The two leaders discussed strategic institutional ties and future collaborative frameworks. To commemorate the partnership and mutual academic respect, Rector Demin honoured Prof. Singh with prestigious ceremonial symbol of wisdom as souvenir.

• A guided visit to the Curonian Spit, a UNESCO World Heritage site on the Baltic seaside.

• An exploration of the renowned Amber Museum at DonSkaya under the patronage of Mr. Alexander.
