After the prolonged closure of educational institution due to COVID-19, Partap College of Education, Ludhiana initiated to combat the fear of pandemic by celebrating the festival of Basant Panchami and motivating the students to attend regular offline classes. B.Ed. and M.Ed. classes has already been started at college campus and registration for class D.El.Ed. is going on. Prospective teachers are enthusiastically participating in syllabus as well as syllabus-based activities. In this episode, the festival of Basant Panchami was celebrated at college with great zeal and festive fervour. In collaboration with Institute of Philology and Intercultural Communication, Kazan Federal University, Kazan, Russia Press Note 19-02-2021 Partap College of Education, Ludhiana organised an International webinar in collaboration with Institute of Philology and Intercultural Communication, Kazan Federal University, Kazan, Russia on 18-02-2021. The webinar was conducted to strengthen the spirit of collaboration and the Memorandum of Understanding signed between Partap College and Kazan Federal University. The main theme was “Bilingual Education: Experience and Perspectives”. About 60 teachers, scholars and researchers from India, Russia, Spain, Italy, Saudi Arabia and Portugal participated in the event.  The focus of the deliberation was to develop international perspective on Bilingual education in various continents.
