ANNUAL CONVOCATION (06-05-2018) Flaunting with degrees in hands and faces brightened up with luminous smiles, students were on cloud nine during the 16th Annual convocation of Partap College of Education, Ludhiana held on May 6th 2018. The event was graced by Dr. S.S Chahal, Honorable Professor Emeritus at Panjab University and former Vice Chancellor at Maharana Partap University of Agriculture and Technology, Udaipur. The Academic Procession led by chief guest Prof. Dr. S. S Chahal, Principal Dr. Balwant Singh, chairman, Prof. J.P. Singh, Secretary. Dr. Ramesh Inder Bal and Vice Principal.
