‘The Swachatha Pakhwada’( 1-15 September,2017)  was organized by Partap College of Education, Ludhiana. It was culmination of various activities carried out by students under the guidance of programme convenor ‘Ms. Sona Thakur’ (Assistant Professor).  The theme of swachatha pakhwada is to spread swachhta awareness and implementation of ‘Swachh Bharat Abhiyan Scheme’ launched by Prime Minister ‘Sh. Narendra Modi’ across the country.   It was started with an orientation programme given by Mrs. Manisha Mahajan (Assistant Professor). Students participated in various activities such as essay competition, elocution contest, cleanliness of the campus and surroundings. Keeping in view the promotion of digital transaction in the state for Financial Year 2017-18 under ‘National Digitization Campaign’ on ‘Digital Transaction’, Partap College of Education, Ludhiana organised one-day seminar in collaboration with HDFC Bank, Rishi Nagar, Ludhiana on September 15, 2017. The topic of the seminar was ‘Digital Transaction’.   The seminar started with welcome speech by Assistant Professor Ms. Alka Joshi.  On this Occasion, Principal of the college Dr.Balwant Singh and Vice Principal Dr.Manpreet Kaur were also present.
