The first meeting of ‘Alumni Association’ for the year 2015-16 was held at Partap College of Education, here today i.e. 28.08.2015, under the charismatic leadership of Dr. Balwant Singh, Principal, Partap College of Education, Ludhiana. The meeting began in the afternoon session around 3:15 p.m. and concluded by 5:30 p.m. Mr. Ajay Kumar, Alumni Incharge conducted the stage and acquainted everybody present with the brief history of its inception in the college and its chief objectives. After this, present and formal members of Alumni Association took over the stage and expressed their gratitude to their alma mater. PARTAP COLLEGE OF EDUCATION, LUDHIANA Life is a challenge and education enables us to face the challenges of life with grit and determination. Keeping in mind this, Partap College of Education, Ludhiana today i.e. 27-08-2015 organized the annual ‘Talent Hunt’ for the session 2015-16. The main objective of organizing this talent hunt was to locate the potential talent of the budding artists for the upcoming youth festival. Enthusiastic and zealous performers displayed their multi faceted talent in various spheres like dazzling folk and classical dances, melodious folk songs, soulful poem recitations and spellbound folk orchestra. PARTAP COLLEGE OF EDUCATION, LUDHIANA Partap College of Education, Ludhiana today i.e. 12-08-2015 celebrated ‘Teej Festival’ with great cultural & aesthetic gaiety and amidst all rituals and traditional fervor. Students mesmerized the audience with their traditional-ritual folk songs, bhangra, giddha, Tappe and Boliyan etc. But the star attraction of the show was folk song “Mera Desh Hove Punjab” sung by Ravinder of ETT Class.   Speaking on the occasion, college principal, Dr. Balwant Singh acquainted one and all with the ever lasting effect of Punjabi culture.
